Electric Stone-Based Oven / MKEF


The feature of the Electric Floor Mini Oven is that each floor can operate independently. Since the floors are stone-based, they spread the heat evenly. Temperature (lower and upper floor temperature) and steam time can be adjusted differently on each floor. Thus, different products can be cooked on each floor. For fermentation before baking, there is a fermentation cabinet under the oven with adjustable temperature and humidity. It can be used as a single storey and is modular, and a layer, hood and fermentation cabinet can be added as needed. It provides low energy consumption. Thanks to its wheels, it can be moved to the desired location.
