It draws attention with its replaceable rolling drum for different weights, adjustable flouring system, electronically adjustable cutting and rolling speed, strong chassis and oily transmissions. The intermediate resting machine, designed to provide an optimum rest, has a speed control system that adjusts its speed according to the cutting unit. In this way, the dough does not spill on the floor. Thanks to the windows on both sides of the resting machine, which is closed on all sides, it can be easily observed inside. Empty dough bowls pass through a UV light chamber without receiving the new product, and destroy the bacteria that may form. Thus, it is always hygienic. In order to ensure the development of the dough, the humidity and temperature of the cabin are controlled electronically and kept at the desired level. The shaping unit, which is designed using food-safe materials, has a crushing roller and sandwich pad. Upon request, Kaizer unit and Thirst unit can be added to the line. As with other machines, the forming unit synchronizes its speed with the cutting unit. Crushing rollers and sandwich pads can be adjusted precisely and easily. The stacking unit, which is the last machine of the line, works in the logic of retreat. Since the withdrawal process is fast and serial, it is possible to do a lot of work in a short time without disturbing the product figure. It is designed to be able to use all kinds of pans, including the rust board. Working fully integrated with the cutting unit, the stacking range and pan dimensions are controlled via the control panel on the cutting unit, food-compatible materials were preferred in the design of the full line, and occupational safety was also considered by equipping all with intensive safety equipment.
