Spiral Lift Tilting Device/MSKD

The Automatic Bowl Lifting-Tilting Machine works in harmony with the mobile bowl of the Automatic Spiral Mixer with Mobile Bowl. It ensures that the dough, which has been completed in the Automatic Spiral Dough Kneading Machine with Mobile Boiler, is transferred to the cutting machine in a fast and safe manner without human touch. When the bowl reaches the highest level to empty the dough, it starts to rotate around itself automatically and all the dough is emptied thanks to the scraper apparatus inside the bowl. After the boiler has completed the emptying process, it completes its descent very smoothly thanks to the speed control (especially the final descent part).
