General features of this machine designed as modular; It has a feeding unit that does not disturb the dough structure and can be adjusted in thickness, an easily adjustable sensitive roller system, and flouring units with a homogeneous structure. This line, which is generally produced for doughs such as phyllo dough, lavash pizza, is equipped with additional equipment according to the product to be produced. Since the system has a modular structure, it can be redesigned for different products when necessary. It is now easier to control the machine thanks to the sensor that prevents dough folding and accumulation, sequential start-stop system, and easily adjustable independent speed mechanisms. As in our other products, all equipment used in the machine produced with MONOFI quality was selected in accordance with food production, easy to intervene and cleanable during the design. The entire machine is equipped with intensive safety systems.
